UZEA KINGDOM CRY FOR HELP

If we want Uzea to be great, we must be ready to sacrifice for its greatness. There are people that  have  not  acquired  any political positions or earned any money in politics but have sacrificed their TIME,  MONEY,   CONVENIENCE and KNOWLEDGE  in newspapers publications,  television programmes,  social media writings  and  campaigns in different fora about the  situation of  Uzealand, without fear of who is hurt or unhappy.  All just to make sure that the existence  of Uzea  and its negligence or lack of social amenities or infrastructural  deficiency is projected to the world  and it becomes glaring. 

Now, the whole state and beyond knows  that there is a place called  Uzea land.  That  Esan North East LGA is made up of *two* *kingdoms* of *Uromi* and *Uzea* . That Uzea lives without  good roads,  electricity,  portable drinking water,  secondary schools in most communities,  lack of hospitals, or viable and functional maternities  is now well known to all. 

 On the political  aspect, that  uzea exists in a local government area as one of two kingdoms is also  now obvious. In  our local government area,  Esan N E has  occupied  26  seats of 4 years  each , in the Edo State House of Assembly. That is two seats  per  term of 4 years  in the 7 rounds of general elections since 1999. None is uzea. There has always been elected LGA Council chairman  since  1999 (25 years). None is uzea. House of Rep had been  to our  local government areas  and  may extend  to 16 years . None is uzea. There have been commissioners for the past  25 years now.  Uzea got about 18 months in it.  Most times, up to 5 special advisers to both the state government and local government are appointed per each round of administration. None  has been  Uzea. 

Sometimes ago, I posted the  distribution of elective political offices amongst  the  wards. It  revealed that  none was and is Uzea.

This enlightenment,  which is the most  difficult,  is my quota of contributing to  Uzea emancipation.  Until you know your problems and cry out for help,  nobody comes to your aid.  

    

The ignorants  will always think that they are self-sufficient having a car  that has no road to pass or a house that has no electricity at night or by going to Uromi to buy  land and build a house. 

Before now, there are a lot of Uzeans who claimed Uromi because they are ashamed of telling people that they are Uzeans.  Though  very soon, nobody  would need to be  ashamed of Uzea  anymore when they are asked where they come from. 

We must  be bold,  fearless, and  courageous. Some have never ever talked about the deplorable conditions of existence in Uzea  and lack of basic infrastructure because of the fear of offending their political pay-masters. To them, keeping quiet  makes you loyal to the party. They even  betrayed the outspoken ones just to  gain favour. 

       We should all realise that every community or kingdom is built by cohesive forces of  the inhabitants or indigenes  and not by the forces of conspiracy,  discord,  arrogance,  disunity or disrespect  or the syndrome  of pull-your  -brother-down.

   As of today,  let your voice be heard in every nook and crannies of our state and  local government. In any fora or media possible,  cry out about uzea and for Uzeans. 

 

The bible once said that people are  destroyed for lack of knowledge and that where there is no wisdom,  the people  perish. Uromi is not our problem and has never been. 

In the history  of Uzea existence,  how many Uzea persons has ever bought a  form for any elective positions ? Perhaps  one or two persons.  Not just mere wish or intentions. So our problems are ignorance,  self-debasement , and witchcrafty of working against each other and our fellow brothers' progress.
